Thewinegourmet.org has a fine wine and food pairing evening planned on January 25th at 7 pm. On the menu for that evening is beef brisket served with green beans and roasted baby potatoes in rosemary and sea salt. The meal will be paired with dry German red wines. Cost is 35,- Anybody interested?
