Christophe Bakanas, owner of Local Wine Co, will be here mixing and blending his small batch, hand made spirits into some mouthwatering concoctions.

The cocktail class on March 2nd will have two different "seatings" starting at 6pm & 7pm. Both demos will have the same drinks and will last roughly one hour.
