Pasture Raised Heritage Pork CSA for 2012

Freedom Organix is a small, sustainable, diversified farm located 45 miles from the Northwest suburbs of Chicago---close enough to visit and see how your food is raised. In addition to our Pork CSA we also offer Vegetable, Free-range Egg, and Grass Fed Beef CSA's.

We still have shares available for our Pork CSA for 2012. This year we are raising heritgage Berkshire hogs on pasture. Our hogs are raised to an ideal target weight and processed locally. Your half or whole Pork Share is custom cut to your specifications. If you've never purchased direct from the farm, we'll help you through the process.

Joining our Pork CSA is an affordable way to feed your family healthy pastured pork, support local farming, and maintain heritage genetics. But the reasons our customers return year after year is because grocery store meat can't compare to pork that is bred and fed to be truly delicious and flavorful.
