Restaurant on the 2nd floor at Wabash and Huron ?

Does anybody remember the name of a relatively elegant restaurant that would have been located on the second floor of a tall building at the corner of Wabash and Huron in the very early 70's?

I am withdrawing that question. After some research with the building management, it seems that the info I had was erroneous: There never was a restaurant on the second floor of that building in the early or mid-seventies. Besides that building became occupied in 1979.
