Post #2 - April 1st, 2012, 10:03 pmLast week I stopped at Fresh Farms and one of the things I picked up was some "Gypsy bacon". It had a paprikpa finish to it rather than a hickory flavor like we are used to. I thought it was very good. Apparently in Hungary it is common campfire fare to cube up this type of bacon and cook it over the fire.
