
Roger Feely aka Soul Cocina will be cooking up his second Chicago pop-up dinner at Dodo April 18th: Soul Cocina will cook a menu inspired by the life and times of Ziryab. Ziryab brought many ingredients, cooking techniques, dining methods and culinary philosophies from Baghdad to Al-Andalus via North Africa in the ninth century. Many of these new styles of cooking and eating have contributed to the foundation of modern Spanish, North African and MIddle Eastern cuisines. The food will be served family style from 6-9pm.
