In light of this post, I wondered, what food-related tattoo would you get?

    Pie on the thigh?
Fingers made to look like bacon strips?

    Do tell.

I have a tattoo of a Shun chef's knife on my forearm with the inscription Primoris Nos Edere (first we eat).

This one. Simpsons reference + sweet, sweet pork = win!

But since that's already been done, I'd probably go for something cake-themed, as a baker. Or I could indulge in a private joke and get a tattoo inspired by one of my long-ago boyfriend's roommates. Said roommate was an Iowan in California, which made him pretty exotic (none of us really understood that there were people in Iowa, and paved roads and such, before meeting him). He fronted a metal band, and as a late-night stoner joke, liked to come up with songs reflecting the Midwestern metalhead experience, such as "Corn Bitch". I've wanted a Corn Bitch tattoo ever since.

Does an Apple (as in Apple computers) tattoo count as food-related? ;) I actually no longer work for Apple, so maybe I'll start telling people I really love fruit.
