    Vance Skinner, the guy opening it, is my alderman. He's a great guy and wish him luck! I am pretty excited to get Iowa Pork Tenderloin sandwiches in my City!

    Yeah, a Maid-Rite loosemeat sandwich is ... "different" to say the least. Like a sloppy joe without the saucy slop. I'm a bit perplexed by them myself (having tried them only once), but I can see developing a taste for them. There's few places that do this style of burger, or whatever you want to call it.

    I can't. They make White Castle look good.

    Leon's Custard in Milwaukee does something similar they call a "Spanish hamburger." It's a little more seasoned but still bland.
