Farewell to Chicago party foods

My daughter is heading to Boston for college at the end of the month and we are having the family ver for a send-off to include Italian beef, Vienna hot dogs, Malnatis deep dish.

Any suggestions as to what I'm undoubtedly forgetting? Nothing fancy (obviously). May do the beef and dogs from portillos just for convenience...what can I add to make this really memorable?!

Garrett's? As a reminder, you can ship care packages of Chicago favorites anywhere. We sent regular shipments of Malnati's to our son when he went to college.

Thank you for those links above, and for all the suggestions. We added an Eli's cheesecake and some LaBriola Nutella cookies and all was well.
