What are your favorite lunch deals in the Lincoln Square(ish) area? This being 2012, the $5 lunch deal is about $7 now, before tax.

I'll get started with a no brainer:

Nhu Lan Saigon Subs 1 (formerlyNhu' Lan Bakery & Sandwiches), beloved GNR and purveyor of delectable banh mi, smoothies and assorted Vietnamese spring rolls, drinks and desserts. Currently, sandwiches top out at under $6.

Spoon Thai has a decent lunch deal now: $6.25 for a choice of appetizers and entrees. The lunch deal menu is limited to the usual suspects, competently executed.
