Is there anywhere in town that has caribbean (west indies) chicken roti? I'm aware that Cafe Trinidad does, but is there anywhere else that does it?

I think you might be getting the (correct) idea that Chicago is not a roti town. Café Trinidad is one of the few places I know. It's certainly not what you're looking for but a year ago I had a vegan roti at Sistah's in Beverly.

No match for the rotis I've had in Toronto (site of almost all my roti eating) but one can't be too choosy in Chicago. Sistah's is next door to Kingston's Jerk Chicken, a very good place. You could have your roti and your chicken separately.

Don't overlook Devon Avenue's many chicken parathas, maybe the closest you'll get on the north side.

^ Somehow I forgot about this. Thanks for the tip. I wonder if any others have opened in that time.
