    Cathy,

I'd characterize my Four Cheese Raque and Cheese as more of a side dish than an appetizer, if that matters. In fact, for the vegetarians, it could even be considered a main.

Thanks, as always, C2, for doing all this work. I just want to point out that there are only 2 of us coming (EvA and Cabbagehead), although you have EvA 1 and EvA 2 listed above. We are looking forward to the picnic and seeing everybody!

Hmmm... On the previous page I indicated I would be bringing pan bagnat, which is in fact salade niçoise in sandwich form... perhaps I should reconsider to avoid repetition... (though mine would certainly include the traditional fish ingredients)...

Spice Man and I are planning to grill up some Jamaican Jerk chicken wings. We will do this at home right before we come so as not to take up precious grill space. This will be our first LTH picnic also, and we are very excited!

    Antonius,

I agree with Pie Lady's sentiments.

We actually have at least two plum cakes coming, though I expect they will be different in style.

** I will update and make corrections as they come with an overview tomorrow.

Phew. That's like saying you won't bring sweet potato pie because Pie Lady is bringing a different pie. If all goes as planned, all will be enjoyed.

I will make a pear crisp. Also, a slaw salad, slightly spicy, with fruit. One guest is still deliberating.
This is going to be a great time! Thanks again, Cathy, for all the hard work.
ps I remember your reaction to the slaw salad the last time I made it. It will not be very hot.

You are the third person suggesting the same. While one is a veggie and another is a fish variant, you might want to consider doing something else or a variation of a theme. Or understand there will be people wanting to weigh in on these three.

Just wanted to alert you rather than three people in same dress at the same party.
