    All -

I know many of you are big salsa makers, but sometimes in a pinch I have to buy some for the event instead of making. This summer I stumbled onto a winner in the jarred category from Rick Bayless and have been addicted since: Key Lime Avocado Seasonal Salsa Verde - http://www.fronterafiesta.com/store/lim ... 8-103.html

I have only seen it at Jewel but it is one I have gone so far as to buy extra bottles and store for when it goes out of season. Nice flavoring that has yet to leave any leftovers when put out for the crowd.

Outside of fresh made store guacs and taqueria salsa that they sell in a takeout cup what are you favorite store bought salsas?

I bought several jars when I first ran across it but was somewhat disappointed; the flavors are very muted and indistinct. Promises a little more than it delivers. I've been buying the tomatillo and lime salsa that Costco's been selling lately - way, way better.

Hi- I am spoiled. I only eat salsa that I make myself from tomatoes in my garden, or heirloom tomatoes from the farmer's market. I have never tried any jarred salsas that I have been crazy about. I just do without salsa in the winter time. I don't buy fresh tomatoes in the winter time either. Thanks, Nancy
