The chicken choila is also very tasty, with plenty of spice and ginger (and more spice if you want it). The beaten rice gives it an interesting texture.
We ate there last night - the choila has been a long-time favorite of mine, thanks to the beaten rice (which I actually prefer to a more basic basmati rice they serve with the Indian dishes), Our 16-year-old got the buna chicken, something that I've ordered at Indian Garden and Cumin a few times, and it had a nice bite to it without having over-the-top hotness due to the ginger. Perfect for a budding foodie LOL. The momo off the Nepalese part of the menu was pretty good with the spiced relish they have.
I'm almost tempted one time to get one of the Indo-Pak staples by means of comparison, but since there are so many places that do, say, chicken biryani, I'd prefer to concentrate on the Nepalese specialties.
