Sushi by Chef Soon - Lisle

I have been coming here for about a year to read reviews of various restaurants in the Chicagoland area. I have finally created an account and felt it time to contribute to this great forum.

My recommendation is a Sushi Restaurant, inside of a Korean BBQ spot, in Lisle, IL. The place is called Sushi by Chef Soon and the Chef/Owner is Soon Park. I've been going there ever since he opened close to two years ago.

I am a big fan of his Signature Nigiri like the Zuke Salmon, Seared Tuna, Madai and Sweet Shrimp w/ heads. Some of my favorite rolls are the Spicy Tataki, Ocean Drive, White Sox, California Sunset, Green Turtle, Dragon Fest, and Fiesta.

Don't be put off by the fact that the Sushi Restaurant is within a Korean BBQ restaurant. Enjoy and let me know what you guys think.
