We stopped at this spot on Belmont between the L and Clark before a show at the Vic. Aside from an unfortunate name* - change the c to a k and it might be more sensible - it's a nice quick stop for tasty vittles.
They offer Asian meats and tofu in burrito, bowl or flour taco form. The meats are tasty, with toppings of rice, cheese, cilantro, lettuce, onion, with an upcharge for grilled onions and peppers. Mild or spicy sauce. Surprisingly, no kimchee, except by the jar full. The counter guy said that kimchee offends some people (???)
Mandoo were hot and crisp, but I had no reason to think it wasn't just out of a bag.
Prices were reasonable, flavors good... I'll stop there again.

What is patriotism, but the love of good things we ate in our childhood?
