For the non-meat eaters, Zaragoza will experiment in making tamales without animal fat in the masa. If it does not work out to their satisfaction, then they may offer enchiladas instead.

Fantastic - in for two! Mr. lemoneater is a strict veg, so he will appreciate the special squash dish and other goodies. FYI, my mom, AKA tamale queen, has figured out a way of using olive oil for the masa (plus extra chile ancho, so they look a little spraytanned
)
