GNR Floriole has a nice Mac-N-Cheese. Not sure if it's on their Thanksgiving menu (which is no longer available online; you have to call to see if they're still taking orders).

Fox & Obel, if you prefer the baked kind, like I do. If you change your mind and decide to cook it, hands down the best I've ever made is p. 86 Mac & Cheese with Soubise from Michael Ruhlman's Ruhlman's Twenty. http://www.foodrepublic.com/2011/12/09/ ... ise-recipe

My "goto" for things like this that just have to be heated up is GFS.
They also stock a couple of local eateries. The markup for reheated processed food is amazing.
A local "upscale" chain *cough* *cough* I once asked the waitress if there was anything in the kitchen that did not come pre-cooked from GFS. After going through the menu in a loud voice, mentioning GFS prices per serving several tables changed their orders or walked out. (bayshore mall, second floor).

    Hi,

I know this is not what you asked, though I will offer it anyway: make it yourself.

The time spent running around to pick it up, you could make several versions and still have time on your hands. There are some super recipes in this thread.

    Regards,
