A co-worker of mine is a grandson/nephew of the Siebens brewery family. He and a cousin are kicking around brewing and selling a beer from the old family formula.

We were talking about the great old ham sandwiches that they used to make at the brewery back in the day. He said that they were made from Rosen's rye, Oscar Meyer ham, and - solving a question that had my family buying bottle after bottle of brown mustard - Monarch Mustard.

My family never did find that mustard in the store, but it introduced us to Koops Mustard, so the effort brought good and delicioiusness into our lives.

A cursory google did not reveal Monarch Mustard still being available. Does anyone know anything about it? Still in business? Available for sale?

I still fondly remember dipping pretzels into it......

    Hi,

Why not phone the Mustard Museum for the quick and dirty answer.

    Regards,
