New Chinatown Restaurant - Northern Chinese

New Chinatown Restaurant, just east of 'Little' Three Happiness, is now, as in the last ten days, serving Northern Chinese. English sign stayed the same, but the Chinese name and owners changed. I had lunch there earlier in the week, they, how can I put this kindly, don't quite seem ready for prime time. They did give a 10% discount, but given the fact they are next to 'L'TH, and relatively new Northern City does this style well, as does Ed's Potsticker, it will be a while until my return. I should note Homestyle Taste has gotten good reviews, but I have not been as of yet.
