Furthermore Beer (Spring Green, WI) is coming to Chicago

For me, trips to Wisconsin generally include stocking up on beers that aren't available in Illinois. Furthermore Beer has been at the top of my shopping list since my wife and I discovered it at a small, roadside bar during a road trip a few years ago. I'm excited that some Furthermore Beer is now coming to us!

The folks at Furthermore wrote:We are taking beer to Chicago. It happens THIS WEEK. On Wednesday feb 13th, between 6 and 10pm we will debut at the High Dive Bar, with the tapping of Fatty Boombalatty, Knot Stock and Makeweight. We are going to start out shipping draft only, with a focus on Fatty Boombalatty and Knot Stock. Yes, we'll be keeping a tight hold on the reigns. We of course hope to follow up with six packs...just have to feel out the market first.

Fatty Boombalatty is a Belgian white beer and was the first Furthermore I tried. Knot Stock is an American Pale Ale with a healthy dose of black pepper. Hopefully their other offerings will make it here soon (especially Three Feet Deep, a smokey, peaty Irish Stout)
