He is the widely sought after expert on the lore, allure, and culture of the hot dog. Patty Carroll specializes in photographing American Popular Culture. Join Bruce and Patty as they present their book and research in this fun filled afternoon complete with stories and photo's of one of Chicago's most famous treats.
