Sautee onions, add apples, cook, add caraway seeds (optional), cook, stir in some tomato paste and wine or beer to deglaze pan, toss in smoked chops, smother with saurkraut (I rinse mine, you may prefer not to) simmer until warmed through

smoosh some butter in a casserole dish, lay out sliced apples in the bottom, (no need to peel), toss in a handful of dried cranberries, sprinkle with cinnamon and flour (just a little). Dust pork chops with seasoned salt, set on top of slices, cover with leftover stuffing. drizzle with a little apple juice, dot with butter. Bake.
