Per the Czech beer-seeking thread here: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=37091 , I'd like to investigate the beer selection and "Operetta Menu" at Bistro Grand. Turns out the owner of Bistro Grand is the former owner of the shuttered Operetta, and he has carried over the old menu to the new restaurant.
We'll be there at 12:30 PM if anyone would like to join us. The cap is 10 people for now.

Post #5 - March 14th, 2013, 9:22 amI am gonna have to postpone this event. Two of my friends just got unexpectedly courthouse married and I'll be out of town this weekend for the celebration. Still hope to have an Operetta menu tasting at some point.
