Post #4 - March 14th, 2013, 7:04 pmTry the meat cutters (maybe they are butchers but I doubt it...) at Whole Foods? I ask for hanger if I don't see any in the case and they have always been happy to fetch it for me (during the day when the guys in back are there that is) so asking for flap meat should in their wheelhouse.
