My wife got us tickets for this event at Horseshoe Casino in Hammond this weekend.

Q&A with Graham Elliot and Tony Mantauno along with cooking demos by them and "other notable chefs."

I think we're attending one of the Sunday sessions to see what Graham has going there. Hopefully I can pick up some new ideas or skills to utilize in my own kitchen.
