Sun Wah offers both a wonton soup (which I think is terrific) and a soup with fish balls (not sure if those are fish or fish & pork balls in your picture), which I've never tried. If they're fish balls, I'll bet you could get Sun Wah to combine the two soups (and of course add rice stick noodles and bean sprouts, chives I think . . . can't tell what else . . . could be pork, dried shrimp . . . )
Also, Hon Kee on Argyle offers the same soups, and specifically mentions rice noodles. I don't recall that Sun Wah's wonton soup came with rice noodles, but I haven't had it for a while. And BBQ King on Archer in Chinatown also seems to offer a couple of very similar sounding soups:
