    Too much foie gras. Really, once every 2-3 weeks is fine, but it just keeps turning up. Basta!

    And often it's foie gras that's to blame for my late-night stomach aches. Stupid rich food.

    LOL. Lucky you. My husband's a vegetarian, so foie gras enters my life but rarely. You know, I try not to do things like gnaw on ribs in front of him. Now that you've made me think about it, perhaps I should go search some out...

    Buddy of mine is visiting here in MTL, a foie gras nut. Bought a *whole liver* at Jean-Talon the other day for $58. Read *that* and weep, Hammond!!
