Ginger beef from Fab Noodles. Its my favorite.

Where else other than Lisle Illinois can I find this crunchy-soft, spicy-sweet asian concoction? I do not know weather this is an authentic version of a chinese specialty, nor do I care. I just want to order it at another restaurant. I Love Fab Noodles, i'm just not always close to it. Is this their own concoction that does not exist elsewhere or is there another translation for the dish? Are they the only ones with the deft hand to pull it off? Please help, I know you can.
