    any help for someone looking for this delicous dish? i haven't been able o find it in a few years and ave even gone so far as to call a few places. can anyone lead me in the right direction?

    A very decent lengua in salsa verde can be had at Jalisco Restaurant (I'd stay away from the birria, though, which is boiled before serving, making it very tender but robbing it of flavor).
