Been eyeballing things like this

at Fresh Foods for a long time. Finally bought one [on sale, of course!].
Now what do I do with it? I could mix some in to my breakfast yogurt, and I read a recommendation to serve it on top of a blue cheese.
Not sure how to work it into a pastry without it being runny. I made spinach pie from scratch once, and that was enough to think that I don't want to work with filo dough ever again . . .
