Post #11 - September 20th, 2013, 1:09 pmNot sure why they closed the deck. When Simmon and I got there they said it might re-open around 3pm.
Nevertheless, Simmon, lemoneater and I made the best of it. We procured a few smoked products and cheeses from Lincoln Quality Meat Market (they very kindly offered to slice the sauages and cube the cheeses for us) with some pretzels, German Potato Salad and soda, and we had a lovely lunch under the shade trees in Giddings Plaza.
