    LTH,

    Doing a fun dinner on 9/25/13, Pigskin Pitmaster, a porky nod to the start of football season. Beer paring with Brooklyn Brewery 3-course 8-item menu. Couple of the dishes are 50 Yard Pass Porchetta ( hickory smoked pork belly wrapped around pork tenderloin served with salsa verde), Touchdown Chile with smoked pork (green chile stew with smoked pork) and pear pie from Hoosier Mama.

    This looks like a great menu. I'll be there and looking forward to that porchetta.

    Looks like more salads for me the rest of the week (my food consumption since Sunday...)
