We always serve food with these author signings, as it gives my creative staff a chance to flex their culinary skills. A fair percentage of our staff went to culinary school but then became disillusioned with the restaurant world, and I can tell how much they miss cooking. Our tasting menu will include Curried Pumpkin-Apple Soup w/ creme fraiche and cranberry; Pepper-crusted Beef Tenderloin w/ Horseradish sauce; Moroccan Lamb Meatballs w/ Cumin Spiced Tomato Sauce and more.
