Heard Nick K put it up on his facebook page as well - glad Alinea team appreciates the humor.

Morning after - still giggle as I think of it!

I needed a laugh today and this was perfect. Loved the wine flight to go.
    Clever!

Hah! Molecular Gastronomy can be a bit of a softball target for this sort of treatment, but this is done really well. Love it!

Hilarious! Laugh-out-loud the funniest thing I have seen all year!

They must have had a ton of fun coming up with this. The scattering of the dessert was genius, but I have to say the presentation of the chicken is the best skewering of Alinea overall.

BTW, Real Kitchen serves great food. I especially enjoy their chicken.
Man : I can't understand how a poet like you can eat that stuff.
    T. S. Eliot: Ah, but you're not a poet.

I love it that my brother and his wife, who've been to Alinea a number of times, said that the dessert part of the video is just about exactly right, minus the squeegee. :)

There were a lot of great moments in the video, but the dessert part was easily my favorite . . . loved the fake seriousness with which they did it. Genius!

The thing that's super-brilliant is that after you're done laughing, the video succeeds in producing the conviction that Real Kitchen is a fantastic takeout place with great food. Hard to explain how or why, but the specificity and expertness of the spoof convinces that Real Kitchen has to know what it's doing in the world of normal food. They certainly placed themselves on my radar, where they weren't before. So the video not only rates an A+ on the laugh meter, it rates an A++ as marketing.

Everything we've had from Real Kitchen has been great and we stop there often. Don't understand why it doesn't get more love.
