Post #1 - December 20th, 2013, 6:09 pmNow that Fox and Obel has closed, I've lost my best source for Smoked Salmon. They had whole sides and cut to order, albeit not always well. Everyone else seems to only carry pre-packaged salmon. Anyone have a suggestion? Thanks.

Post #2 - December 21st, 2013, 12:31 amDunlay's on Logan Square make a fine smoked salmon, mild brine and smoke. I don't know if they actually do it there or at Smoke Daddy's, but maybe there is a deal to be made.
