Dudley's Dog House up on Montrose (at Harding) has flown under the radar. There is a mention HERE by Angry Sarah and one review over at Yelp but other than that, not much out there. I'll try and get around to a post when I round out the small menu. In the meantime the Dudley Dog is worthy of consideration amongst the best CCD's in town. A nicely spiced (though not spicy) beanless chili with a dryer consistency than most others is joined by shredded cheddar and chopped onions. The only thing holding it back was the skinless Eisenberg wiener. Though not included, the fresh cut fries are good too.

Given how delicious the picture looked I was thinking of stopping today, only reason I did not was the fact its a skinless wiener. I am on the same page as Steve Z.

Only possible excuse for a skinless hot dog is for corn dogs, batter tends to slide off natural casings.

Dudley's closed to be replaced by a taqueria.
