I am so excited I found this board. I just moved to Shorewood and I'm always looking for places to get specialty ingredients without having to go all the way into the city.
I am looking for duck confit legs near the south suburbs. I usually go to Naperville or Orland Park but I wanted to get some tips before I go out looking.
I am looking to make cassoulet and I just need this last ingredient. I also would like some recommendations for a good butcher to buy some nice garlicky sausage for the cassoulet.
I appreciate any help you can offer.
