Post #7 - March 4th, 2014, 9:26 pmWe just passed by Pulpo Loco this evening, and they announced comidas de cuaresma, special lent dishes. I asked them what they would be featuring, and they indicated:
tortitas de camaron -- shrimp cakes
chiles rellenos
camarones con nopales -- shrimp with nopal cactus
I would suggest we try some if not all of these at lunch.

Post #10 - March 6th, 2014, 10:58 pmSorry to miss out today. I'm sure I would have had a better time than I did getting oral surgery.
Where do we go next? The newest kids on the block are DMK Burger & Fish, and Lao Sze Chuan. However, I walked past LSC last night and they were packed; perhaps crowds may make seating our lunch group difficult. Don't know whether that's true of DMK or not.
