The winner will also receive a shiny new KitchenAid stand mixer—just the thing to get the creative juices churning. Chef John Coletta, the irrepressible impresario of QUARTINO RISTORANTE & WINE BAR is setting forth a mighty spread of cured meats.

Drinks will flow with impunity from the cash bar.
