    The students, faculty, and staff of the

    Milwaukee Area Technical College

    Culinary Arts, Baking & Pastry Arts, Hotel/Hospitality Management,
    Meeting & Event Management, and Culinary Management programs

    cordially invite you to:

    A Five Star Food & Wine Event

    featuring over ten food and pastry stations
    paired with wine and local craft beer

    silent auctions, cake auctions, and raffles will cap off the evening

    Ed Franks appearing as Frank Sinatra

    Date: Thursday, April 3, 2014

    Time: 5:30 - 9:30 p.m.
    Silent Auction, 6 - 8:30 p.m.

    Cake Topper Auction, 8pm

    Location: Milwaukee Area Technical College

    Ticket Price: $45 in advance, $55 at the door

    Cuisine - Locally Sourced Food & Talent

    Cuisine, MATC's Culinary Arts Restaurant, is open for lunch service most Tuesday's, Wednesday's, and Thursday's throughout the semester. The new Cuisine is now located on the 1st floor of the MATC Main building......on 6th street just south of Highland. Reservations may be made by calling 414-297-6697 or by using the Open Table online reservations system.
