Does anyone know where I could find some hands-on training in Indian cooking? Individual or classes would be just fine. I've become hooked on the cuisine, and really want to acquire some skills.

My mom teaches Indian cooking lessons in Glenview if you are interested. Her food is better than any Indian food you will find in any Indian restaurant in this country. Email me if you want more info: vhavalad@hotmail.com

Paul, let me know if you find something. I've been to a couple Indian classes over the years, but am always on the lookout for more instruction on my favorite food!!
