Daniel Winkler will be talking to us about “Tibet: Mushroom Paradi se”. Daniel is the author of “Field Guide to Edible Mushrooms of the Pacific Northwest and California” and an NGO consultant on issues of Tibet and the Himalayas, where he leads mushroom eco-tours.

This meeting is our first at our new venue, at Kendall College on Goose Island, about 1 ! miles NW of the Loop. We are moving there from North Park Village because we are now too crowded in their meeting room, and parking has become difficult.

Kendall College, School of Culinary Arts
900 N. North Branch Street, Chicago
(Located just north of W. Chicago Ave. at N. Halsted St.)
Free Parking in lot on north side of school

    Hi,

    Thanks for updating the calendar.

I added the address to the OP. No room is specified, because they are directed at the door. It saves the grief of a last minute room change to not have people pointing at a notice, "But the notice says ..." This is experience speaking!

    Regards,
    Cathy2
