I had a business dinner/meeting event at Sullivan's last February. They indeed have not one, but at least 3 - 4 private rooms on the second floor (along with a semi-private bar area). It was a great location, but I wasn't all that wild about the steaks. They pale in comparison to places like S&W, Mortons, G&G, etc. but I have found that when it comes to arranging business dinners in places like this, you have to make some compromises. Unfortunately, it's usually the food that gets shot shrift. BTW, being in River North, Sullivan's might be out of your very specific geographical area.
