I am creating this post to begin planning the next Dessert Exchange which I offer to have at my place. If anyone has a compelling need to have the June exchange please let me know and I can do July. Let me know if you are available to come on that date. Newcomers welcome. I'll post more information soon. If we can't get many on that date, it could be held on the 29th. NOTE: I HAVE CHANGED THE DATE TO JUNE 29TH BASED ON SUGGESTIONS. Please let me know if I've gotten it right below.

I've got brunch in Pilsen at noon. What time? I'm open the 29th as of right now.

We usually do 4:00 pm. It was early in May due to it being a tea.

I won't be able to do the 22nd, but I have the 29th free. If the 22nd works best, I can catch up in July.

    Hi,

If you don't mind, I'd like to bring Mom2 as a guest. She now lives close to Wheaton.

I can make a dessert on her behalf, if this is ok.

    Thanks!

Okay hopefully I have captured it all. Sorry to miss Sue, will catch up with her at next xchange. The theme for the food will be "Toria's Wursti Haus", and I will get sausages from the Wurst Kitchen and again ask Frank to grill. I will have vegetarian selections also as appropriate. Don't feel you have to make any special themed dessert...whatever. Hopefully it will be informal and we can eat in the screened in porch and/or patio and then move inside for the desserts. Ingrid hopefully will wear her dirndl.

I'll take the first spot on the wait list. I'm experimenting with dessert pretzels. Might go well with the wurst. :)

Any ideas on where to find "coconut fat"?

Coconut fat is not a problem to locate. Costco sells two large containers, though it is likely more than you want. I found some at Mariano's for less than $6 for a roughly 30 ounce jar.
