Madison, Wi Farmer's Market lost a great Cheese Maker

Was at the Market today specifically looking for my favorite cheese maker, Butler Cheese. It was a Mom and Pop entity that made the most wonderful goat cheese. The small discs of camembert and brie were amazing-creamy and so flavorful. The rind soft and the cheese smell nice and funky. It took me back to Paris when I ate their cheese.
