An FYI - At HBFC it's not all boneless, though most pieces are, and the honey butter comes on the side. How much to put on the chicken is up to you.

And what's the deal with the pieces you get? Is it simply pot luck? Do you have a choice of white or dark? I get the impression it is what it is.
