Any brisket peeps lookin at this? They had whole, prime grade briskets at 2.79/lb. They had choice grade next to them at 4.69 lb. The whole, prime grade ones were about twice the size as the choice ones. Was this an insane bargain? Or after trimming, would there be a ton of waste?
