A cursory Google searched reveals it is based in White Plains, NY, and that there was another location in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, which opened in 2011. . .and which is now closed. Same logo, very similar menu. Weird.

DeVine has been closed for at least a year now. In fact another restaurant concept from the Pasadita group has already come and gone in that same space.
And while the windows are still papered over, the DeVine sign is back up as if they're going to make another go...
