Jared Leonard and myself, Gary Wiviott, are honored to present the third annual Windy City BBQ Classic. Its going to be an incredible deliciously fun filled event and we hope to see our fellow LTHers at the event. While we are set for general volunteers, we could use a few additional qualified BBQ judges for the competition side. Please respond in the thread or email me at gary@wiviott.com

    Hi,

Is there a dedicated website or webpage for this? Otherwise I will point people to this page.

    Thanks!

    Regards,

2014 Windy City BBQ Classic was a success due in no small part to the participation of LTHers as BBQ judges, volunteers and attendees. Thank you from myself and Jared, looking forward to 2015

We were fortunate in having media terrific buzz, including this wonderful column by John Kass

Thanks to Gary and Jared for a warm welcome and an awesome judging experience. I finally roused myself from my BBQ stupor about noon on Sun.

We were blessed by the weather and a great crowd. I wish I could have stuck it out for the awards ceremony--my pup called, I had to run. Thanks also to my fellow judges for their hospitality. I look forward to getting together with each of you again.
